I used karma points for ban immunity and I get banned for 3 days and I still have no idea why even after I emailed several times asking why I was banned and the purpose of karma points for ban immunity and you banned me anyways...
Quoting: Ohio chic You were not ignored. I did unban your IP, but it must have gotten swept in a range ban. As Monk said, make certain you redeem the karma for the immunity. There is one additional step after clicking on the karma prizes. Many people neglect this step. I did as well a couple times when I first tried to use karma prizes, so it is not unusual.
