How to Win Texas Lotto Scratch-Off games - with method(s) that require some math - determination
“HOW TO DETERMINE WINNING SCRATCH-OFF LOTTO TICKETS – TEXAS” --by Cash Crown II

After almost two years of study, and too many hours to count, I have determined a way to determine if you have a possible winning TEXAS scratch-off Lottery Ticket. ALL the information you need is on the back of each card – BEFORE you scratch the front, you have a good idea if this ticket is a winner. Winning means NOT a losing ticket and amounts may vary (although, I am getting closer to being able to tell precisely how much and, depending on the game, WHERE the WIN is on the board. I’m almost 100% positive that it, too, can be determined by number placement within the pack number (the 7-digit number on back after game # and the ticket #. There are also two more ‘give-aways’ to how these numbers are figured that involve the possible/probable location of a certain game and another method using the barcode – the portion ONLY underneath the ticket number. There is a most definite TREND with this method and the evidence of the LOCATION is not recognized unless close scrutiny is used after, say, over 2-3 JACKPOT winners have been established. The evidence is more than valid, as I will show. I am NOT giving this away for fear of changing the Lotto system’s method of random winning cards – proof is this – although it ‘appears’ to be random, a very close watch over thousands of cards will show otherwise – I AM saying, without a doubt, that certain games have a better chance of winning in, or around, a certain zip code AND address! Yes! I will NOT give away ALL of my findings for fear of changing the current system and I feel that my findings are worth something.

This is NOT without some calculation by the user and being able to UNDERSTAND the process, as well as tracking the JACKPOT winners shown on the TexLotto home website. The retailer(seller) has address (these numbers ARE important), zip code (IMPORTANT) and packet number and winning ticket number is displayed ONLY for the JACKPOT winners – but, this is all you need. Remember, you are looking for ANY pay-offs, or simply, a possible winning ticket. I will buy (1) ticket from the location in the zip code, usually 3-4 games, and then do my 3-point check in car or home – I use car so I can go get another 2-3 if necessary. I do believe, that even the winning ticket # is tied into the main numbers of those JACKPOT ‘hints’. And, again, I am working on finding the numerical combo in pack # that will suggest, not only the numbers on the card, but WHERE and HOW MUCH the card will pay. And, equally important, you can determine which tickets are NOT winners (I will discuss this later, as after 2-3 non-winners, move on to a different pack # in a location in the same zip code.

After 3-4 JACKPOT winners on a game, the same numbers in address, zip, and packet # apply, so this method works on ALL TEXAS scratch-off games. The Texas Lotto Commission has a good idea WHERE the Jackpots are located, using zip code, address, and pack # as identifiers. The idea here is to determine WHICH GAMES match up to your area, which retailer ADDRESS & ZIP CODE work with a certain game. The game #, such as #1573 plays a role. In simple terms, the more numbers that match location (address & zip), game number, packet number, and are always close (simply by looking at the details of Jackpot card/winners). This is fact. It DOES require some rules and the user’s ability to understand the importance of THE PACK # and what those 7-digits are telling you – sometimes requires the running of number replacement (without given away too much, some numbers are NOT what they appear and this holds true always) understand zero’s in the pack # is VITAL as they represent differing amounts depending on where they are in the 7-digit Pack #. I can give examples, but I cannot give it ALL away, but will after I determine how to reveal these THREE ways, all three great indicators of a winning vs. losing ticket.
THIS IS NOT A JOKE OR SCAM – so much time I’ve put into this is unreal – then I found what works – every time.

1. On the front of card, is a code, usually with FOUR numbers in a box and in-between are numbers that do translate into the numbers on the card, and the boxed numbers, a correlation to winners (and I’m working on this, the Pay Out. Factors that are good on this front code: A boxed number FIRST in the line – where there are sequences like <4> (box) then 272, use the MIDDLE # between the two LIKE numbers. A long series of unboxed numbers before a boxed number is not good, as is the same for the end: <3>25751. You are looking for ‘singles’ numbers between the boxes and (this would take a long time, trust me), you can tell which numbers are underneath before you scratch. This is done by working on the card (say 4 ‘horizontal rows’ of 5 numbers). Once you scratch the code on front (the boxed #s are what the retailer punches in to validate your card) you will work from RIGHT TO LEFT and this will help you ID the numbers on the card.

I can send anyone a ‘how-to’ because of the complexity of giving the values to the zero’s in pack #. Usually, there are 3-4 zero’s in the 7-digit pack #, but YOU have to know the values of each zero. MOST of the time, it’s 1,2,3,4 from left to right. I have seen 5 0’s and that is a ticket to watch.

1. So, a packet # of 000261, with a ticket number of ‘39’ – add (R-L) packet #s = 1+6+2 the fourth zero is value of 4) = 13 is now your total
(4 DIGITS R-L). You will add this total of the 4-digits (using 4 for the 4th zero in the 7-digit pack #) then add this 13 to ticket number #39. (52)

2. Ticket #39 + 13 = “52”. Now, you go back to packet number – you are looking for a total of 5 digits in packet # that equal 52.

3. Now this is where you have to use your ‘0’s (AND the ‘1’ (if applicable) with some flexibility, because depending on how many zeros are in the 5-digits, a zero or ‘1’ can be 1,2,3,4 OR a value of ‘10’, 20, 30, 40 depending on IF you get a high number like ‘98’ – it works the same way because there are OTHER winning tickets in a pack of 75 or 125. So, here (looking for a sum of 52, working right-left, 5-digits ONLY – you have 00261 (with 2 ‘0’s first two digits of the 7 ignored). Only time these first two zeros come into play is if they have another number in between them, rarely ever.

4. IF you use only the value amounts at lowest value of these 4 #s, you would only have ‘13’ if you counted the 4th zero as ‘4’. 4261 = 13 . This is where you figure out HOW and WHEN to use 10 or 30 (remember, the placement of a zero is the ORDER of the zero and can be 1,2,3,4 or 10, 20, 30, 40 depending on your TOTAL, in this case 52. Look for the lowest numbers FIRST (not a 1 or 0 yet) so, we have 1+6+2 = 9. Now, we KNOW that the 10 factor will come into play here. SO – you know already you need to end with a ‘52’, work on that first. 1+6+2 =9, so you know the 0 being the 4th number from the RIGHT has a value of ‘4’, (the fourth zero) & ‘3’ (the 3rd zero) leaving this: 3+4+2+6+1 = 16,. Now, here is the part where you have three choices ONLY – FIRST, make the 3rd zero 3 = you now have 3+4+2+6+1 =16. Since you now have options for the 3&4 ‘0’ , sub 30 in 3rd zero spot and you will get this: 30+4+2 +6+1 = 43 - not there yet but, remember - ONLY 0s or 1s can have this x10 option. MUST have 5-digit pack #, so you are looking for 52. 30+4+2+6+1 = 43 – not it. So, 3+40+2+6+1 = 52. There is your match!! – you added the four digits of pack # (r-l) and used the 4 for 4th position ‘0’ =13, then added THIS # to the game ticket #39+13 = 52. So, you must go L-R using (5) FIVE DIGITS NOW in pack number to get exactly 52. 00261, pay attention to the zeros, they mean everything. THIS EXAMPLE was a winning ticket on game #1573 Red Diamond 7’s. IF you don’t have time to stand at a machine calculating, buy ONE ticket and go to car and work on the math. IF your pack # has 5 digits and NO ZEROS? Pay attention to the 1’s. 1 can be 1 OR 10!

There are also two more ways to tell which game to play, which location and the bar-code has a winning combo of thick and thin lines under the game ticket number, which I’ll share with anyone interested. For instance, the game #1573 Red Diamond 7’s has tell-tale *hints* of location, zip code, and packet #’s that match up with ALL – address of retailer, zip code, packet # and another variable, which I won’t disclose – yet. For PROOF of this one of 3-4 game tip-offs, check out the last 4 JACKPOT winners of this game #1573: You WILL notice something if you look VERY closely. Address, Zip, and packet number.

Remember – I know this, trust me – 9’s are 5’s, 8’s are mostly valued at 3, 1’s can be 1 or 10, and zero’s can vary in value and single numbers in between like numbers are used – if winning pack # above shows only 4 digits, assume the first digit(not seen) is a ‘3’. Compare the address with each other, the addresses with pack number and add doubles like 22 = 4, etc. THEN, check the WINNING TICKET # and see where it coincides with 1 of 3 other columns. TRENDS. I have worked these angles and they work – period. The top winner – the zip code (always remove the ‘7’ on zips) 9108 and address was 4809 – remember 0’s are 1’s. So, 9108 mirror 9184, pack 59976 and previous three have 4710 in address. Just some observations.

There are some encrypted KNOWNS (I figured this out), and this is accurate:

9”s have a value of “5”, “8”s have a value of “3” and “0” has a value of “1” and “1”s also have a value of “1”.
So, working right-left, be sure and look for single or two numbers ‘sandwiched’ between a similar number: i.e. 7327, where you would use 23 or 32 and work your way across the board. This is not a necessary task, but it DOES give you an idea – the more same digits, especially 9’s and 0’s are good. IF that front code starts with a zero or 9 (esp a boxed 9) and ends with a 7,8, boxed or DOUBLE 7, that is good. A boxed ‘3’ to start is NOT good. Or, if the code begins or ends in 2,3,4,5 boxes or not. Not good. The boxed numbers you want are 7,8,9 and double of these are great, EXP if code starts with a <7> and ends with <7>, that is a winner. This only helps to validate what you suspect from the back process of determining the ticket # plus the first FOUR digits of the pack # (added R-L), then add this number to ticket number. THEN, start from L-R and use ONLY FIVE digits of the pack # to get the SAME number when adding the ticket # with the four digits. If they don’t match exactly, you are doing something wrong OR it’s a losing ticket.

You WILL have to buy at least one ticket, then compare first the barcode lines under the ticket number on back – this can be done rather quickly – you are looking for thick and thin lines, must be 4 AND 6, nothing else. IF you find this, 95% chance that ticket is a winning ticket. The barcode on back and ONLY under ticket number – it cannot touch anywhere else – once you know the thick and thin lines, you will be amazed how often that ticket is a winner. This is a secondary way I check before my math one the 3-step packet/ticket number process. IT works! As does the barcode lines under number of the ticket. I’ll share later if anyone wants more info. Spent almost 2 years watching and practicing this. It’s working. Next, I’ll want to know how much and the symbols (number combo) for the 5x and 10x and special icons. Working on that.

When they printed the tickets a decade ago, they would tend to print winning tickets at certain intervals.

It was highly unlikely to win anything huge buying the known winning ticket number range, however, I always won more than I spent. (buy 20 dollar-tickets and would win between $30 & $400)

But that was then...

Re: How to Win Texas Lotto Scratch-Off games - with method(s) that require some math - determination
Well, I didn't win on many scratch-offs Saturday, but I DID win the Daily 4 Night drawing. Numbers 2-0-0-1, and had straight/box with sum-it-up (3) all for $3

2001 paid $5000.00
Any paid $400.00
sum-it-up paid $250.00

All on a $3 ticket. .50 pays $2500.00, so $1 paid $5K
and the Any pays .50 $200, so $1 paid $400.00
and Sum it up (I only play this with 1-3 and 33-36 totals) paid $250 for $1. All in all, got real lucky.

Going to Lotto center to cash in. Got lucky, no formula for this. Was going to combo, but figured if 2001 came in, then that's how it would be. And, it did. Hard game, but, I had another ticket with 0-2-0-0 and lost, should have stuck with the 2001, but it's good anyway. I hope some of you have figured out the formula I presented. It works. But, you have to have some good fortune on the pack #, and the less digits and more zero's, the better.

If you read it again, try it on your tickets. The trick is knowing the value of the numbers - that is key. And, zero's are the MOST important values to know and when to put them in (double numbers cancel out, moves in two zero's. etc.

I guess even the sun shines on a dog's butt every now and then. First time I've won on the Daily 4. Still working the scratch-offs tho, and will update any new info - (something in my area - the game #, looking a past winners, the number 9 is almost always in the two digits in the middle, like 5-4 the most. And, games with 1 as first AND last number, like 1531. Looking at the games with '9' in the middle. And, again, look at the zip codes and addresses of jackpot winners. A LOT of the numbers are the same. --- Cash Crown

The only thing I win on scratch-off tickets is a little worthless piece of paper and the grey booger residue!

Interesting theory - now if you can just get the store clerk to allow you to scroll through their scratch tickets...
