How it this for remote???

Everyone dreams when they sleep. The dreams take place somewhere inside your brain. One could say that the dreams take place in a different state of consciousness.

I have had "reoccurring" dreams, where I seem to be in the same place, and, I have had dreams where I had a sense of Déjà vu, where there was a sense of familiarity of place.

Even if you have a vivid memory, it would be impossible for a person sitting in right next to you to actually "see" the "place" you dreamt of.

Now, lets add to that scenario, that the universe is allegedly "infinite".

Not only does this dream world exist in a place that a person who is right next to you can never even get to, but it exists "somewhere" in an infinite universe.

So, if for instance, entity "X" was told find this place (the one inside my dream) and lets just say "X" is 100 billion light years away, it would be impossible for them to find it.

And, if that is not remote enough, I exist not only at a location, but also at a "time".

Seriously, what is the point of these dreams?

I was thinking about people that have died, and are completely forgotten. Then, the billions of dreams that are impossible to access.

I started to think about that rock on Mars. What about a rock, buried under ten miles of dirt, on a planet a zillion miles away, floating around aimlessly----the connection of that rock to a place in my dream......

Seriously....what's the fucking point?

If a tree falls in a forest, in my dream, does the rock a zillion miles away, buried under five miles of dirt, 20 million years ago vibrate still???

There are no logical connections---between anything. The reality we are experiencing, the "now", is so infinitesimally insignificant, that, in my opinion, does not even exist.

Wow have you ever considered writing a book? The ending could be "then he woke up and realised it was all a dream".Your last paragraph summed your theory up.

We exist, How could something that doesn't exist be able to think and see. We are information, but it exists.

This is kind of my point.

Lets say you have a ruler that is 13 inches long. Lets look at the one inch in the middle. There are six inches on either side of it. Now lets make the ruler longer, and add 100 inches on either side of that one inch. Relative to the whole 201 inch ruler, that one inch in the middle because smaller.

Now, lets take that dot you typed. Compared to your screen, it appears to be about the size of the head of a pin. Put that same dot in the ocean, and it all but disappears.

And then, goo out further, the earth, the solar system, out further and further. If you go out....to infinity...wouldn't it disappear?
