The Mid-Atlantic Coalition - (Capital: Baltimore) Southeast Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Delaware, Eastern West Virginia Panhandle, Maryland, Eastern Virginia, Eastern Carolinas, Eastern Georgia.

The Great Lakes Union - (Capital: Chicago) Western New York, Western Pennsylvania, Northern West Virginia Panhandle, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin.

The New Confederacy - (Capital: Atlanta) Western Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Western Carolinas, North Georgia, North Alabama, North Mississippi, North Louisiana.(very clever, they are landlocked)

The Gulf Coast Front - (Capital: Tallahasse) Florida, South Georgia, South Alabama, South Mississippi, South Louisiana.

The Republic of Texas - (Capital: Austin) (reclaiming its original borders into Eastern New Mexico, Western Oklahoma, and Southeast Colorado.

The Great Plains Alliance - (Capital: Lincoln) Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Oklahoma (minus the panhandle), Kansas, Nebraska, The Dakotas, Eastern Montana, Eastern Wyoming

The Rocky Mountain Republic - (Capital: Denver) Central Montana, Western Wyoming, the remainder of Colorado, Eastern Utah, Northern New Mexico,

Deseret - (Capital: Salt Lake City)Western Utah, Eastern Nevada, Northern Arizona, Southern Idaho.

Cascadia - (Capital: Portland)Idaho Panhandle, Western Montana, Washington, Oregon, Northern California.

These are your 10 Districts of the New America. They will be divided into 2 Regions, East and West, with Atlanta and Denver serving as capitals, respectively. However, it will be decades until the two Regional capitals enjoy the fruits of power.

Central and Southern California, Western Nevada, Southern Arizona,and Southern New Mexico will return to Mexico.

West Virginia (Capital:Moved from Charleston to either White Sulphur Springs or Elkins) will become an untouchable soverign safe haven in the western hemisphere, much like Switzerland. It's new name will be Appalachia. (FYI, a decent Swiss population is already there.)

Alaska and Hawaii will be left for grabs.(Someone will mistakenly believe isn't much oil left in Alaska) North Korea will attempt to invade Alaska but will be thwarted by Russia. North Korea will manage to nuke Fairbanks before they are completly destroyed. Alaska will be ruled from Moscow and engage in an oil-for-food program with the rest of the world. Russia will discover a new vein of gold in Denali National Park and a very large reserve of oil adjacent to ANWAR. Alaska will eventually become a member of OPEC. Hawaii will be ruled from Tokyo but returning limited power to the Hawaiian Monarchy. Japan will also annex the Phillipines and other former US territories in the Pacific.

With the Queen of England's blessing, a number of Canadian Provinces will be absorbed by their New America neighbors.

Many skirmishes will ensue, mostly over borders and tariffs.

Texas and Mexico will go to war in the South and, at the same time, fight a war with the Rocky Mountain Republic and Middle Plains Alliance in the north (mainly over borders with limited casualties). Texas will emerge victorious in the South and occupy the Mexican states of Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo Leon, and Tamaulipas. These former Mexican states will become a buffer zone between Texas and Mexico for immigration. Razor wire, walls, and fences will be seen along the Rio Grande to intercept would-be immigrants. Mexico will continue to retaliate against Texas until Texas, with help from the New Confederacy, destroys Mexico City. A new leadership will arise in Mexico as a result and sign a permanent peace treaty with all districts of New America. The new Mexican capital will be in Los Angeles.

The New Confederacy will occupy and rule the Gulf Coast Front due to being landlocked and forge an agreement with Texas for oil and cattle in exhange for personnel and equipment, thereby loosely restoring the Old Confederacy. The Gulf Coast Front will have limited self-rule and maintain its borders but most of the major decisions will come out of Atlanta. The GCF will become similar to Monte Carlo or the French Riviera but on a massive scale. Mostly, the rich and elite from around the world will occupy this area. They, in conjunction with the New Confederacy and Texas Republic, will also have the strongest and most organized army. A mass exodus of non-whites will take place to other districts however a large number will be left behind for conscription and servitude. Many will be relocated to the former Mexican states held by Texas. Most re-education centers for the East and West Regions will eventually be located here.

New England Republic will be in the throws of civil war for decades. New York City, Long Island, and the Connecticut coast will be largely uninhabitable due to a strain of virus released from Plum Island. Eventually, NER will calm down and acquire the Canadian Provinces of Nova Scotia, PEI, and Newfoundland. Quebec will finally get independence and a wall will be built around its southwestern border. Montreal will be ruled out of Paris. The NER will be predominately ruled by the crown of England.

The Mid-Atlantic Coalition will be a complete fascist police state. A model for what is to come to the rest of the districts. Washington DC will be closed to the general public and become an amusement park for the occult. A thirty mile perimeter will be established around its existing limits and no aircraft will be allowed to fly within 100 miles. The leader for the eventual New World Order will live here.

The Great Lakes Union will be ruled in a large part by organized crime. The GLU will annex Southern Ontario, thereby securing the Great Lakes in its entirety. Gangland warfare breaks out between Chicago and Montreal until an agreement is reached over the use of the St. Lawerence Seaway. The southern part of the GLU will eventually become the headquarters for all corporations when the wars stop.

Deseret will fall under theocratic rule. It will be the relocation center for religious fundamentalists. Civil war will break out in Deseret between the various denominations of Christianity until a new Christ-like person emerges. He (or she) will be killed by radical christians who don't agree with his message or that he's the second Messiah. The brutal and gruesome death of this person brings peace to the area but Christianity is still fragmented and bitter. A new religion will take hold based on this Christ-like person's messages and will dominate the underground religious movement throughout the world for the next 400 years.

Cascadia will not suffer the wars the rest of former America has to endure. It will annex British Columbia, Yukon Territories, and Alberta. Breif actions will occur between the Rocky Mountain Republic and Cascadia over the shale oil in Alberta but Cascadia will prevail due to the RMR resources being strained from its war with Texas. Cascadia will be the sole technologial evelopment center for New America. Nearly half to two-thirds of its population will be Asian or Asian descent.

While everyone is busy fighting regional wars, a major earthquake will bring the waters of the Pacific rushing into the San Joaquin Valley in California. The few survivors attest to several nuclear typre devices going off simultaneously in the area of Oakland, San Jose, and San Francisco.

Prior to the establishment of New America, Castro will die in office and Cuba will be invaded by the US. The former nation of Cuba will serve as a penal colony for dissidents and resisters to the New America. It will eventually house 'criminals' from the entire western hemisphere.

The war on terror will continue but not like its going today. A lot of talk about small skirmishes but nothing will be done on a grand scale. Most resources in New America will go to fight the District Wars.

Corporate wars will begin as well now that Congress has been abolished and the old anti-trust laws are no longer in effect. Basically, Wal-Mart, Microsoft, Halliburton, Exxon, and a handful of other companies will eventually own everything.

In about 50 to 75 years, people will be tired of the wars and all of the New World Order plans will take effect. A Global Identification and Network system will be in place (It is already built). The transportation system will be strictly maglev and supersonic air travel to the major cities of the world. The common person will never leave their district (unless they are found to be a dissident) All judicial proceedings will be held at The Hague, via video teleconference, without the accused being physically present. Trivial lawsuits and grievances will cease to exist due to the structure of the New World Constitution. The New World Army will control all law enforcement and handle all executions. Everyone will wear a uniform or conforming colors based on social standing and class. Even grooming and hygiene will be standardized. There will be no homeless or hungry people. Drug addicts and alcoholics will be sent to a special facility so that they may use their substance of choice until their death. (Once admitted, they will never leave) Very few rural towns or communites exist. 98% of New America live in the cities. Farming is administered by the NWO and farm workers are drafted into service much like the military. A national religion will be sanctioned and the only religion allowed in the NWO. The Bible, Qu'ran, and Torah will be considered seditious and outlawed. The state religion will be a mix of all current religions and the occult. Many other social changes will take place that is vastly different from what we have today. By this time, the largest cities in New America are Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, St. Louis, Baltimore, Denver, and Seattle. A new city is created along the Gulf Coast after all municipalities are dissolved between Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Panama City, Florida. This new 400 mile long city will be called Bienville. New Orleans will not be rebuilt and only the French Quarter and Garden District remain. It is only accessible by boat and reserved for the super-ultra rich.

As we have been warned, war is perpetual. The Long War is here and there are only so many enemies to fight. Besides, more money is made when we fight ourselves.

Funny how some things change places and how some things never change.
