Why Can't They Do That? How cold could it even get? We had almost -90 F weather in Winnipeg. Winnipeg was colder than the surface of Mars. Man made it through the ice age. I think technology is sufficient enough in the west for us to survive. How about the third? Forget it. The Somalians probably won't get any food aid if we're barely feeding ourselves.
