There is no such thing as Italian Law.

It is whoever they feel should go to jail for whatever reason.

That picture of her and her boyfriend right after the murder is really creepy. I think she had something to do with it just a feeling I have. She has crazy eyes.

What is going on here? Ms. Knox was judged not guilty within the Italian judicial system and now, double jeopardy? The United States is going to extradite Ms. Knox to Italy due to treaty? What about our 11th Constitutional amendment that states:

The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State.


As far as I’m concerned the Constitution is the supreme law of the land and a extradition treaty does not trump the Constitution.

She will never be extradited due to the issue of the prior appeal of non-guilt, and US law preventing re-trials of aforementioned.

Story finished, she's just banned for life from Italy.
