Obama Quietly Uses Executive Orders For Two New Gun Control Laws

EXECUTIVE ORDERS ARE NOT, I REPEAT, NOT LAW. They have no judicial power behind them and therefore, are unenforceable by law.

Executive order can only be used to reinforce existing laws.

He can write them all day-- THEY ARE MEANINGLESS!!

What are the EO numbers?

The first step in gun control is to identify gun holders and start accounting for guns.

Next would be to make it so weapons equal to or capable of adequate defense against the government (assault type,) are greatly restricted or illegal.

Now all they have to do to win this battle is get half of the population's equalizers out of the way by banning at least assault weapons completely in some of the most manor cities.

You know, the ones with horrible violence problems which seem almost instigated and are certainly perpetuated.

This is not just if you have the new health care. The AHCA has mandated ALL doctors offices to streamline all data to a national database. Those who refuse risk not getting paid out my govt insurance, and even private insurance companies are putting extreme pressure on private practice. I have a fmaily member who is an administrator for a large hospital and all records for current walk ins are transmitted electronically, all previous records are to be scanned in. ALL private companies who take insurance, either private or government are making the transition. BY LAW, under the AHCA, they have to ask you a series of questions, which are transmitted to the AHCA national database...

I have not been asked yet, but I do not see my doctor often at all. If asked about my firearms I will not answer that question, it is an invasion of my privacy.

I never used to go to the doctor, but with my recent diagnosis, I have to....well, maybe not. I think I can just come up with my own treatment plan...this makes me really not want to go..

You're right, they aren't law.

They are edict.

They are meaningful only if he has a JustUs department willing to enforce them.

They are meaningful only if he has in place a militarized police ready to enforce them.

They are meaningful only if has a percentage of the medical industry ready to cooperate... lets say those interested in furthering the socialized vision he is diligently pursuing.

The agenda is to go after veterans and take arms out of the hands of the most experienced patriots among us.

This man needs to be impeached for his complete disregard for the US Constitution, his acts of lawlessness, his disregard for established law, etc.

Here is where I see the problem. If you refuse to answer, they have to check a box, YES or NO. They do not have the option for no answer, refused to reply, etc. We were told this explicitly. The second question is, and I'm not sure the legality or long term repercussions, is if you lie and say NO, what is the recourse, as this is now federal law?

This is the end of Patient-Doctor privilege. Period.

I have AS, it's an inflammmatory disease that attacks the spine. I have had back pain for about 5 yrs, I changed beds like 4 times thinking it was my bed, because most my pain is at night in in the morning...

Turns out it was this AS. It causes the bones in your lower back to fuse together, eventually leading to being crippled. If I don't take care of it properly. With the right work out plan and diet, it really slows the progression of it.
