They are like terrible vampires, sucks when your sister is one of them. They are so good at deceiving.

I'm narcissistic but I know it's the ego speaking. We are better at expressing ourselves. You should try it sometime. Also, just because someone is narcissistic doesn't mean they should be instantly labeled a dick/whatever negative term you wish to use.

I wonder about that, they don't know they are and you can't talk to them about it. They refuse to believe they are abusive, so I guess all you can do is get away from them. I am trapped in a bad situation with my family and suffering from a million small cuts.

My family only has politicians. They are better trained.

Yes they can help it and giving it the label of disease means they cannot help it...which I don't buy at all. It is a choice.

maybe they have no soul. i cant imagine narcisists living peacefully in heaven. they must be originating from hell.

they dont have the fruits of the spirit that god talks about when he said that humans are created in the image of god. since god has no particular physical being, i think it means in the character traits of god.

They need genuine psychiatric help, I actually feel sorry for them more than anything.

I think for the most part they can control it, as you will see that they can always control themselves very well in public or with acquaintances and then will turn around and treat their close relationships like dirt.

In other words, they know that they are supposed to treat people nicely but they don't really feel it and therefore they no longer bother to hide their lack of respect and empathy with the people who have already seen them with their mask off.
