Cooking bacon in the oven

These guys have a whole website which is just about how to cook bacon in the oven, so it tried it out:

i put the bacon on a tray in the oven at 200C. they say leave it in for 20 minutes, but it was looking pretty dark at 18 minutes, so i pulled it out.

some of it was pretty stiff and crispy, so that's over cooked isn't it?

still it was good enough to eat!
