IRS reinstates Bonuses for itself for STELLAR performance in 2013.

The IRS' announcement Monday that it will pay cancelled 2013 bonuses has infuriated Utah Republican Sen. Orrin Hatch, who wants to know why an agency with employees who “inappropriately” targeted conservative political groups would reinstate the rewards.
“The IRS is accused of targeting conservative groups, with many of its employees having conducted themselves in a manner inappropriate for government officials, and the agency decides to reinstate employee bonuses?” asked Hatch, the top Republican on the Senate Finance Committee. “This is outrageous.”
The announcement was made by new IRS Commissioner John Koskinen, who said the performance bonuses were reinstated after agency employees repeatedly asked him about them during his first weeks on the job and after reaching a deal with the Union for Federal Employees.

Thanks. Both posts - astonishing.
The IRS must be abolished. All IRS
employees - fired and kicked to the curb.
The Tax code must be scrapped and replaced by a
more simple tax, like a flat tax.

“It’s hard to think of a group of people less deserving of bonuses than IRS employees,” Hatch said in a statement. “Frankly, this is outrageous. I understand that not every IRS worker was responsible, but this just is the wrong signal to send the American people who were rightly outraged by how this agency treated people for their political views.”

I have a hard time envisioning any circumstance where morale at the IRS would be anything but bleak.

[link to www.washingtontimes.com]

Citing the need to boost employee morale, the Internal Revenue Service’s new commissioner said Monday that he will pay out millions of dollars in bonuses to agency employees, reversing a decision his predecessor made to save money amid the sequester budget cuts and other belt-tightening last year.

Why would the American Tax Payers care about morale at the IRS?
Does the IRS care about the morale of the individual taxpayer?

Yes, as through this world I've wandered
I've seen lots of funny men;
Some will rob you with a six-gun,
And some with a fountain pen.

And as through your life you travel,
Yes, as through your life you roam,
You won't never see an outlaw
Drive a family from their home.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 53223582

That is correct. But you can't stop there. What we call the US government is actually a private corporation now too.

The people that hold the offices of the government were not seated in those offices according to the rules provided by the original Constitution.

The US government created a business corporation in order to conduct business, and it went bankrupt in 1912. During bankruptcy reorganization, the new deal was that it adopted an amended version of the US constitution as a corporate charter, and not only changing the job description of Congress, but changing the way Senators were chosen and seated as the Board of Directors. In addition altering the electoral college system, so the choosing of the CEO (President) is also done unconstitutionally.

So, the US Government has been WHOLLY a private corporation, reorganized in bankruptcy, and is no longer the legitimate Governmental body of the US.

The IRS is the private revenue collection service of the Local Branch Bank (Fed Reserve) of the Central Bank (IMF) who is the Creditor of the US corporate "government" under terms of the bankruptcy.

If you have a social security card, you are an official agent (employee) of the US corporate government via their sub-corporation, the Social Security Admin. You are technically a trustee of the SS fund, whose SOLE BENEFICIARY IS THE US CONGRESS, who distributes the funds as they see fit in order to offset the Congressional bankruptcy of 1913.

So, as an employee of Corp Gov, using the private debt notes of the Fed Reserve, you are required to pay the usage fee for the privilege. Or go to prison. And there is no "government" to stop this piracy, because they sold you out as collateral to the debt in 1913, and lost their legitimacy. These corp gov. board members NEED you to pay the brunt of the debt (taxes) in order that they can maintain their lifestyle after you elect them to rule over you.

I have first hand experience with IRS corruption. The organization HAS to be abolished and replaced with something that has civili oversight. I am not against taxes, and I think everyone should contribute to the operation of community governance, but the entire system is corrupt beyond redemption.

The IRS has no accountability and anyone in their crosshairs has no recourse. We have an organization called the Taxpayers Advocate Service which is "supposed" to help the consumer, but is in fact a department within the IRS itself. There are new mandates to raise revenues and they don't care if its legal or not.

Everything the IRS does is legal. That is because whatever rule a private corporation makes, those in contract with that corporation are bound to follow. Thus all such statutes created by any form of business corporation, from the IRS to your local municipality are considered legal.

If the contract was entered into in a fair way, with full disclosure, a meeting of the minds, and consent, then such legalities would be LAWFUL.

This is not the case with the IRS and their collection of fees as revenue for their parent company, because people are coerced into the use of debt notes and social programs.

This is NOT LAWFUL.

But since the courts are wholly owned subsidiaries of the corporation, and the officers of the court on the payroll, good luck with that argument.
