The woman, who sounds like Nuland, can be heard on the recording saying “fuck the EU,” while the man, who sounds like Pyatt, refers to Vitali Klitschko as the “top dog” among opposition leaders but implies that Klitschko is too inexperienced to hold a top government post.

Nuland complains that Klitschko is that dumb that needs to be told four times a week what to say.
She also says the EU is not good enough and they need to involve Ban Ki Moons and UN in the Ukrainian business.

Actually it should be more of a wonder of where the US is getting the money from.

Who is funding this for them.

There is not enough revenue generated in the nation to cover such extravagant rambling for so long and far now.
