So this woman rams the white house gates, then takes off in a high speed chase with the Police and crashes and dies?

That the Police chase some crazy african person in a car that was trying to drive into the White House?

The case will probably be thrown out since it is clear that she was asked to stop the vehicle by uniformed officers who had the guns drawn and instead of stopping the vehicle she tried to run and she nearly ran over bother uniformed officers and innocent bystanders. There was plenty of room and it was clear what was going on so the claim she was scared and lost is false. She knew what was happening and chose to run and she was dangerous and acting in dangerous and menacing manner.

That all being said I would like to know why she was there, why they killed her when they could have tried to injure her in order to stop the car, was there a reason she would have tried to run that is not clear? Being lost and afraid does not fly. It is clear that she is in a tourist area with blockades and uniformed officers. Did she think she was going to be killed for another reason, real or imagined by Obama?

Killing her could have been an accident but all they need to prove is that they believed she was going to run a barricade and crash into people. Could there be more? Maybe but the police should be held liable if she was crazy and thought something was going on when there wasn't. They do not have to allow people to hurt others because they may be mentally unstable.

All those people who are complaining about the cops treatment of her would complain if they allowed her to run rampant and other people got hurt. They would be even more upset if it turned out she was unstable and no one did anything about it, especially if she drove her car into a bunch of students visiting the capitol building.

They have video. They have a video showing uniformed police surrounding her car. That is one of the problems with this lawsuit. There are people all over, sitting on the grass, walking on the sidewalk, and she is speeding around them and trying to outrun the police. She nearly backs over a police officer. This is not simply a woman who became lost an frightened. You do not do all the shit if you are lost and confused.
