I think they are in the process of rounding up as many of the rest as they can. Not all the others were exterminated. This shelter just happened but I am so relieved. I haven't been able to watch the Olympics for thinking about the killing of the dogs. Thanks to him, whoever he may be for doing this. And may others help to round up the rest of the dogs quickly. . One of the most important aspects of conspiracy theories is being able to discern when there isn't one. Oh yeah, like you'd understand anyway.
