I just feel really bored without a cigarette when im outside.

I cant smoke now when I have this reaction how I get rid of this reaction? will it just reduce over time now?

Take cough drops or something if you just want to smoke. I occasionally need them when smokin da ganja. But that's rare. But if you want to smoke and your lungs can't handle the irritants, you may need some cough drops.

No i dont wanna use more shit, i just think is it because my body is just no longer used to it and it will go away over time?

The body knows poison when it's exposed to it, the reaction is a safeguard for survival and after a four month break your lungs are no longer so toxified into a stupor that they can't fight back.

I am exercising a lot thats what helped me quit for 4 months I am running 3 times a week 10 kilometers

I know that in the USA, after they put a chemical on the paper to stop the cigarette from burning when it wasn't being puffed on in order to stop fires, the cigarettes tasted different. I don't know if it's the same in every country though since everyone has different regulations.

Well since then they probably added 10 more chemicals to the toxic mixture of tobacco. I use and grow totally organic tobacco for my cigs...people are always telling me how good the tobacco smells - almost like the old days (Before a ton of chemicals were incorporated in cigarettes. - How else to help their agenda by saying how this causes cancer when Fukishima Fallout in 10 years will increase all cancer numbers including Thyroid, skin, and other cancers. But hey all will forget Fukishima by then and the Damage that it has caused. Funny thing about cancer is that by the time the Body mutates to cancer the cause is LONG in the past....

If you are going to smoke DO NOT BUY the MANUFACTURED cigs by the big companies - Use all Natural Organic tobacco - NO CHEMICALS only Tar and Nicotine....

For instance the last chemical to be added was to stop the cig from being lit if the cig is not drawn on - BIG TOBACCO COMPANY says this will stop people from burning shit down - REALLY????? IS the chemical that they put on the cig on the box to warn you that the chemical PROBABLY 100% causes CANCER...NO...Do you think that a chemical that stops a cig from being lit when in-active is good to heat up and breathe in the smoke????

yeah I know... I have tried to buy the flavored tobacco bags and roll the tobacco joint myself but these flavored tobacco bags are also full of chemicals...

some ask you to try a e-cigarette...so you can inhaul Propylene Glycol or Vegetable Glycerin, nicotine oil and flavourings. And many are made in China (what really in them). Even more additive then cigarettes. Enjoy!
