Yes imo pure indica strain is the best for pain,anxiety,stress and sleep issues :) Sativa is a more creative and uplifting high.

True, hash can make your mind race and is more potent thats for sure. Indica is a good sleep aid though and should help you fall alseep. Sativa and indica is like day and night, sativa you might want to smoke in the morning to help wake up and start the day, indica can be smoked at night to help you mellow out and sleep. But there are hybrid strains that do all the inbetween.

Yes, Indica for sleep and pain. I take it for back pain. Two hits and the pain is gone, and best thing, it's all natural.
