As far as identifying the cabal coordinating these atrocities and their methods, it has already been done. The evidence has been assembled and allegations made. But the appeal is not being made to the courts because they are all on the take or in the bag. That is being dealt with first.

Some of them are probably considered threats to the conspirators. However, most of them can easily be taken care of with hypnosis and subvertive demoralizing repetitions and intrusions. They'll either kill themselves or they'll adapt to the oppression by gaining the ability to compartmentalize and totally block out true memories - replacing them with false ones. Not too hard to do.
