Police dash cam with time stamp -   Anyone recognize him? This is a little after a woman brought bags of food and water for the boys in blue to eat and drink. She was smiling and laughing as she placed it on the hood of the car. A few of the cops were smiling too. And they were pretty hungry. You'd be really hungry too if you just witnessed what they did..... .....or maybe not. Anyone recognize him? Also, it seems that exactly at this point he noticed the dash cam. He then turned away, got off the phone and moved off camera. Curiouser and curiouser. Government... He's got a white badge which is reserved for the personnel running the drills, which I believe is what this was. Government... She was playing a Sandy Hook parent but its possible she was the team lead for the actor parents.
