Another BPearthwatch video filled with fear mongering nonsense. 209P Linear is a minor periodic comet which may produce a meteor storm this year. We're going to pass through the region where meteoroid streams were left by the comet in 1803 through 1924, but a meteor storm is just a meteor shower with a high rate of meteors.

We had one in 1999 from the Leonids, we're all still here. Meteor storms are pretty light shows, not doom. There's a slightly higher risk to satellite operations, but the International Space Station's habitat modules are well shielded against small particles from comets like this. So no doom, maybe a pretty light show.

My problem with him is not his faith, my problem with him is the way in which he makes everything into fear mongering nonsense and blocks and ignores those who provide real information that explains what he's looking at.
