Great to hear AGAIN that it is a fake used to frame the Russians !

The Internet is abuzz tonight with a video, allegedly from a Russian satellite, which PURPORTS to show the precise moment a BUK missile was launched at Malysian Airlines flight MH-17. The video claims the BUK was located in territory controlled by UKRAINIAN forces under the control of Igor Kolomoisky.

Credible evidence has now surfaced that the video is a fabrication. Proof of the fabrication appears below. First, the video itself:



Go back and look at the bottom left of the video; specifically the buildings and roadways near them. This part of the video comes from a game called "Digital Combat Simulator." Specifically, the version of the game called "Modern Air Combat-Flaming Cliffs-DCS."

What was done is an elaborate HOAX. Whoever put together the video took the base map from Digital Combat Simulator, changed it from color to black and white, (claiming it was infra-red), added a computer generated image (CGI) of a missile launch, then "rendered" the combined image to appear as if it was seen from an overhead satellite.

Whoever did this was quite experienced with digital video and CGI, and was highly motivated to lay blame for the MH-17 shoot-down at the feet of the Ukrainian army.

Now that this video has been PROVED to be a fabrication, ask "who benefits" from blaming the shoot-down on the Ukrainians?

A total breakdown of law and order and a reign of fear and terror have been inflicted by armed groups on the population of eastern Ukraine, according to a new report issued today by the Office of United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.

The report documents how these armed groups continue to abduct, detain, torture and execute people kept as hostages in order to intimidate and “to exercise their power over the population in raw and brutal ways.” Well organized and well equipped militarily, these armed groups have intensified their challenge to the Government of Ukraine, the report says.

The latest report covers the period of 8 June to 15 July 2014 and is the fourth in a series of reports produced by the 39-person United Nations Human Rights Monitoring Mission (HRMMU) deployed in Ukraine by the High Commissioner for Human Rights in mid-March.

The report points out how impunity in the areas under the control of the armed groups in the east has led to the collapse of the rule of law. It lists examples of some of the 812 people who have been abducted or detained by these armed groups in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions since mid-April. “Some of those detained by the armed groups are local politicians, public officials and employees of the local coal mining industry; the majority are ordinary citizens, including teachers, journalists, members of the clergy and students.” The Monitoring Mission has received numerous reports of acts of ill-treatment or torture of these detainees, as well as killings by the armed groups which frequently seek ransom or, more recently, use the detainees to dig trenches or send them to fight on the front lines. Some abductions appear to be totally random.

New allegations of executions have arisen, some of which have been verified by the Monitoring Mission. Following the retreat of the armed groups from Slovyansk on 5 July, a journalist uncovered documents indicating that armed groups had been holding ‘military tribunals’ and sentencing people to death. ‘Execution orders’ were found signed by the ‘Commander-in-Chief’ of the armed groups.

That said, you are right, the video hasn't been completely proven one way or the other. But on this one I'm leaning toward this one being false.

Everything that comes from junta government is automatic BS for an average western. Only ones who believes them are zombie ukies ;)

This article raises the horrifying possibility that the rebel shootdown of MH17 was viciously reckless, perhaps even intentional, as "revenge" for earlier civilian deaths that were the rebels' own fault. (Remember that international law requires military groups to separate themselves from urban districts, or otherwise to evacuate the civilians from those districts.)

Well, it does look like serbian volunteers on separatist side wren't actually that much lucky. They illegally crossed Russian-Ukraine border driving on BTR-90, shot some rounds, destroyed some equipement and got busted almost instantly by Ukraine military.
