Presidential Decree number 90/2014 of 27 February 2014

February 22-23, in Ukraine , a military coup , during which a group of armed militants in Nazi -wing military and political support of foreign powers authorities seized the central government in the capital, Kiev , and a number of regional administrations in the western part of the country .

Part of Ukraine's political forces were the people as traitors and collaborators with the seizure of state power in the capital of Fascist militia , in order to form a puppet government is entirely dependent on external sponsors of the coup , represented the United States and NATO countries , especially Germany and Poland. Fascist gangs ousted from Kiev staff of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine , captured the Central Rada and committed reprisals against the deputies did not support the coup , until their beatings , abductions , burning of houses and death threats with the deputies and their families. 1. Cancel Presidential Decree number 52/2014 of 28 January 2014 " On the resignation of Prime Minister of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine ." Western and Central commands start massive redeployment

Large units and military commands dislocated on the territory of the Western and Central commands and participating in the combat readiness test have started a massive redeployment to areas of interest, according to the press service of Russia’s Defense Ministry.
