Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko told AP that the West should deal directly with Russia and use "the most powerful tools” to force Russian troops out of Crimea.

Perhaps your time in prison has killed more neurosn than you can afford. No, the agreement was only for the military port of Sevastopol, not for the entire Crimea! But Russia/Putin said it has no troops in Crimea and the "self defense forces" in unmarked uniforms are not Russian soldiers... So you see? Putin broke no treaty. The self-determining actions of the Crimean people are not his responsibility.
