I doubt that it is faked. A faked conversation would have something serious in it. These guys obviously weren't speaking seriously. No telling how it will be spun but that just reinforces that this is pure propaganda.

By contrast in the other leaked conversations the parties were deadly serious if you listen to them. Those might be worth faking. Not this one.
