I see only 3 possibilities

1) Both or one of them is jewish - obviously they're close so that's maybe why they both greet each other that way
2) It's some kind insider joke between them
3) It was edited in by those who tapped the call in retaliation to say "Hello, we can play that game too you know"

Although the content is ridiculous, a bit unprofessional if that call was made over diplomatic lines.

And PS: Eretria is actually a beautiful country to visit.
