You probably didn't get the humor... As a Russian to listen what they were saying was funny. I think those ambassadors are idiots for talking like that and insulting other countries, but they were joking. If you don't believe me, ask some other Russian.

The tape is just two drinking buddies who work in foreign service joking about politics. And why release on YouTube? If it were spy agencies, they could reveal their capabilities more discreetly. So is this the "third force"? Telling both sides, we know everything you are saying? Who would have the capability to spy on both sides? What country has a lot of telecommunications contracts?
