Moscow strategy is to force the truce via Germany, take down poroshenko's gov through dissatisfaction, and continue girkin attacks until the point of open invasion.
Quoting: Tpotleoz Disagree. If a truce can hold then Poroshenko becomes an asset to Moscow and Russia will want him to survive. He will have to face down opposition in Kiev but his chocolate business sells to Russia and Moscow has leverage from that. Poroshenko is the best Moscow can do in Kiev right now.
