CIA agent captured helping Soros backed Ukraine protesters?

Soros' kind would rather choke on their money role than give a Ukrainian a farthing.

Soros was happy helping Nazis loot his own kind in Hungary, pretending to be one of them for profit.
Nothing in his life since suggests he's had a moments regret destroying gentiles, their nations or their finances while stripping millions of everything so he can force his agenda against them and many others.

I didn't see anything about a CIA agent. Only a badge from the International Police Association which was started by a UK man and is for current or retired Police Officers to carry out association work.

CIA, FBI, M16, KGB, IPA, etc. etc...
