-Russian boots on the ground in Ukraine within 4 weeks.
-US/NATO will not intervene in Ukraine.
-US will target Assad military installations and create a NFZ near the southern border with Jordan. US will arm all moderate opposition groups. This will all happen within 6 weeks of Russian boots on the ground.
