This makes no sense [ link to articles.courant.com] They cannot release the un-redacted tapes but they can give us a play by play? If the tapes show nothing why redact? Although it sounds like one dashcam tape has audio....I wondered why none had audio... Chapman had audio, it was analysed by Ginsberg, i think Why are they not making them public? difficult to say. maybe to keep some cards to play. maybe to make difficult to make the puzzle.
