That said..I think it's important to stay or keep informed. Let me ask you and others on this thread an important question. If I hadn't of posted this thread..how many of you on here would have known this stuff was being shown on day time TV and to this extent? Think about that for a minute...

Children shouldn't ever be exposed to that perversion, ever.

Young children usually aren't on the internet. Unless they'e little Einsteins. I'm talking about birth to 6 years old here. Not to mention the soaps that are still on when school ends for older kids. Depends on where in the country they are. And again..regardless of the exact time these soaps are on..is this REALLY appropriate viewing for DAY TIME TV? Have you watched the clips I posted?

The sodomites will use ANY and ALL possible outlets to spread acceptance of their filthy "lifestyle".

I've never liked soaps anyway, but it is strange how hard homosexuality is being pushed. Its every where and being forced down our throats at an alarming speed, frankly I can't understand how many can just swallow it. I personally do have any problem with gay people, but the public is being force fed all of this so fast and in a just accept it its normal fashion. Its being injected into our schools and daily life, you just can't avoid it.
I think its a distraction from the real issues, if everyone is being assaulted by gay acceptance, perhaps they are less likely to care or notice our real issues.

I too am becoming more and more disheartened with the constant encroachment on family values and morals in my country. I weep for today's generation growing up during these confusing and frightening times.

I don't think most people, including kids, are THAT impressionable. I'm a guy and find the images of two guys fondling each other in any way to be somewhere between uncomfortable, and outright wanting to vomit disgusting.

Of course, consenting adults have the right to do anything with each other in private.

I've found shows that insist on throwing gayness into their plots are so off-putting that I've stopped watching them. This doesn't seem to benefit the producers. Part of the enjoyment of watching any TV show is to enjoy the glamour and prettiness/hotness of the girls involved. Perhaps that's what they're targeting in reverse since most daytime soap watchers are female....

Remember when Brokeback Mountain came out, some theaters refused to play it... the movie wasn't even as explicit as what we have streaming into homes now.

These aren't even cable TV shows, with the digital converter box (that our government 'helped' millions of people to afford) it's free TV.

Fortunately, most people (even children) are still too SANE.

It is kind of funny to read comments of those who are either brainwashed or just too stupid to see what's really going on.

You sound like its by force to partake in this system. Like it is must to be on this planet and make a change. If that is so, Do you remember making yourself or sending yourself to this planet to "make this change you so desperately want to make in the world?"

Do you realise that you being here is by chance? And there is a great possibility you could never have been born? And even now that you are here, there is yet again a great possibility that you will not be where you are today. i.e. in the country where you were born and raised.

Could you have been one of those people? Absolutely. What impacts would you have on our society if you were? Or are you saying that the impact to be had would only come after you have been colonised or civilised? if that is the case, then the influence you think you want to have or the difference you want to make isn't from your intuition but rather that which was fed to you and within the confines and the limits of the barriers of language (something yet again you didn't create but defines your emotional limits) you were indoctrinated with. If you really wanted to make any change, YOU WILL BE THE CREATOR OF THE SYSTEM TO SEE SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT AND FIX IT and yet AGAIN, YOU CANNOT USE THE VERY TOOLS OF YOUR ENSLAVEMENT TO SET YOURSELF FREE. They have you cornered. And that is my point. Your solution to this problem is not even close to true autonomy as the very identity you want to hold unto is that THE SYSTEM GAVE YOU IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.

It's a good thing children never get sick and have to stay home during the daytime. And I'm sure that they won't be able to watch any TV during Summer vacation.

I just hope that one day you can forgive Phil for cheating on you so you guys can jump back in the sack together. Thankfully the only thing good about your life style is that you won't be procreating as much.

I agree but I also think this IS a REAL issue. This is attacking the very foundation of society and family life and values. A great country and society begins in the home. Our very FIRST relationships are with our PARENTS. Children ARE our future and for better or worse..WE are shaping them.

You would be surprised. I recall story lines from the shows my mother and grandmother watched when I was coming home from the 1st grade. And this is when they aired at 3pm and school was out at 2:30.

That said...why do you think these shows target females? To what end? Serious question and would really like to know your thoughts.

I never watch soaps, but years ago, when I went back to work after being a stay-at-home mom, I found out my kids watched the soaps with the babysitter. My kids were pre-teen and teen. Gays and gay sex were never mentioned, but I didn't like them watching soaps then, and I would be really upset for my child to be watching them now! OMG....this isn't right, and neither is all the violence on TV and in movies!

When my kids were growing up, their favorites were Laverne and Shirley, Three's Company, and Perfect Strangers. I can still hear them laughing at these shows. Nice memories.

After decades of watching these obviously gay in real life actors pretend they are straight, at least the viewers are seeing them act on their natural proclivity for a change (!)

I guess what I find questionable here is this: why would anyone allow their school-age children to watch a soap opera? Aren't they full of lying, cheating, stealing, bed-hopping, even killing? It's not surprising that they've included homosexual activity - they have every other kind of activity!

The power of the parent is to make a better choice, like sitting with the child to read, or do a creative project, or turn on a channel that IS family friendly and watch together.

It seems ridiculous that a person would turn on a program that is filled with questionable content, and then complain about that content.

Or color our view of real men? Perhaps gain our acceptance and eventual capitulation that men can no longer be relied on? That there is no longer such a thing or a NEED for real men in society anymore. That we can do it all and when we can't our government will be there for us and our children as a safety net? Think about it..during genocide, the men must be taken out BEFORE the women can raped and the village plundered. An extreme example? Maybe. But relevant none the less I feel.

Don't watch and don't let your children watch them, simple.

My wife is a big fan of HGTV programs like "House Hunters" and "Property Virgins". I used to watch with her every now and then but it very soon became obvious that there was a network wide promotion of the gay agenda going on. Literally, you could count on at least one gay couple every episode. If you were to go back through their archives I would be willing to bet that AT LEAST 30% of the "couples" they feature were same sex. It is just ridiculous when you consider that the gay population is about 5% of the total population.

I quit watching long ago.

Do you have children? Grandchildren? If so do you even care about the type of society they will grow up in? THAT is why I care. That is why I still vote. Whether or not it is effective, it is still my right and my duty to do so. To just give up is counterproductive. To vote, shows I care. Shows I want to make changes to better society for my grandchildren, or at least try to do something. I am not an isolationist. A wise man once said...Evil prevails when good men sit and do nothing.

Thank you for your input and I strongly agree. Kids DO watch day time TV and more often than people realize.

1. I don't watch tv anymore, or even have a tv.

2. I don't like watching anyone in bed together.

3. I am against anything like this for school age kids to see and watch.

4. To me, it is softporn in a way.

5. I don't believe in promoting gay agenda. If someone wants to be gay and it's so great, then just go do that.

6. I am not interested in anyone's sexuality and what goes on behind closed doors, unless it involves a child, in which case I will report the offender.

I TOTALLY AGREE! I used to watch all of those shows! Shows like Buying Hawaii and Buying Alaska are starting to feature at least one gay couple per show. NOW...Cesar Milan THE DOG WHISPERER...he has been having gay couples on the show! Seriously...it is EVERY SHOW. I have to say we can STILL enjoy DUCK DYNASTY.

It is estimated the gay population is only .1%. The numbers are really overblown.

And what of the latch key children or the children who are born to irresponsible parents? Who looks out for them?
