i can't really say that i blame them.

I really don't believe N Korea is responsible enough to own such weapons. I mean it is a military dictatorship.
Granted Bush is quite insane and America has used a nuke before and does take part in wars in the middle east that are not really supported by the major developed nations or NATO.
But I truely believe that pong yang is quite a psycopath, and would be quite likely,easily provoked into using such misslies like the short sighted blind selfish fool he probably is.
