The United States has never used the ultra high tech weapons in it's arsenal. If Russia or any country were to fire on the continental United States our enemy would be instantaneously cremated by the energy weapons at our command. There is no need for a Army, Navy or foot soldiers anymore.
Problem with that kind of power Vladimir Putin doesn't believe we would ever use them.
