What Love Means To A Child..

Just when you think you know it all a child comes along and knocks over your sandcastle of thought.

Kids are pure love, joy, art and wonder.

What happens to make so many of us turn in to crappy adults?

We need answers to that pronto.

Excellent post, but why should anybody be surprised? Children do and say things like that all the time.

As adults, we need to think like this more often.


What love means to a child...

A group of professional people posed this question to a group of 4 to 8 year-olds, 'What does love mean?' The answers they got were broader and deeper than anyone could have imagined...



When my grandmother got arthritis , she couldn't bend over and paint her toenails anymore.. So my grandfather does it for her all the time , even when his hands got arthritis too. That's love.'

The winner was a four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife. Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman's yard , climbed onto his lap , and just sat there. When his Mother asked what he had said to the neighbor , the little boy said , 'Nothing , I just helped him cry'

and yet somehow all these dumb fucks here on GLP are more into war,war,war! They all want to go fight Mother Russia,and show their drunk asses. LMAO! They have no idea of how to even stop this entire thing before it ever gets started.

I was in Church and the most adorable thing happened. The pastor handed the mic to a little girl around age 4-5.

And she said "I love you God, please don't die".

I was floored.

Unless you have something positive to add, be quiet.

I have followed this war thing for today, and most you see is disinformation. There are actually people who do want that war! That is so sad
People are just turning cold.

I think its a combination of pack mentality and the use of highly propagated scapegoats.

Love is all we need. After basics, love is all most wanted but they filled that want, when love was scarce with quick fixes, got addicted and lost sight of the bigger picture.

Funny how bad some will argue the importance of "their" consumerist trinkets and mantle fillers that are just dust collectors while turning the other cheek, sometime scoffing at the billion without fresh water or 30000 kids dying daily.

Patriotism and borders are a huge part of the problem. When we can watch the military slaughter thousands of overseas civilians, just like our selves and not care an once but demand bloodshed if just one of our own dies. The value of a human life has been completely distorted.

Let's start a war on love. Do you think we can win?
