I'm not getting the feeling that Savage is pro Russia. I'm getting the feeling that savage is trying to explain that this is not a black and white issue that the shades of grey are what matter.

What I would like to know is why do the Crimean Ukrainians (I think these are the Eastern Ukrainians) have to be taken over by Russia? Why can't they split from the Western Ukrainians and become a separate nation? Didn't they successfully do this with Czechoslovakia? We have the Czech Republic and Slovakia? Why can't the Ukrainians do this? Why does Russia have to be involved? Why are so many people saying it's ok for Russia to take over the Crimean area, why isn't anyone asking this?
