The right wing fascist elements in Ukraine are the ones who were shooting at police which lead to the deaths. The police were only armed with rubber bullets in the beginning. It is the fascist element that made the coup possible. The US supported these people just as they supported Al Qaida in Syria. It is the same play book. The most fanatical people are the most violent and are relied upon to make coups possible. Now the US wants to install Yatsenyuk as the leader, which was the plan from the very beginning as evidenced in the Victoria Nuland intercepted phone call. The fascists are still there, and they may try to seize power. It took time before Al Qaida elements started fighting moderate Free Syrian Army militias in Syria, but it happened. The same may happen in Kiev given enough time, but Russia may invade before that happens.
