Man OP, why'd you have to go and post this question?! I can't resist. :)
Being that I'm old school (having a Magnavox Odyssey back in the day, I'll start with the Atari 2600 instead. These are ALL in no particular order as they all have their merit.

Arcade Classics
1. Cheyanne (shooter game) 2. Spy Hunter (preferably the sit down one) 3. Dragon's Lair (amazing at the time 4. Punch Out 5. Smash TV!
Commodore 64
1. Bruce Lee 2. Sid Meyer's Pirates 3. Elite 4. Ultima III 5. Nam by SSI
Intellivision
1. Tron: Discs of Tron 2. Casino Games 3. Baseball
Xbox & 360
1. Crackdown 1 & 2 2. Need For Speed series 3. Burnout 3 & Paradise 4. HALO 5. Portal 2
PC
1. Counter Strike (beta through current - Source is okay) 2. Various racing sims (w/ force feedback Logitech steering) 3. Battlefield 1942 4. Battlefield 3 (4 is meh) 5. Far Cry (amazing for it's time) 6. Grand Theft Auto IV 7. Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag 8. Sniper Elite II (WOW!) 9. Portal 10. Severance: Blade of Darkness 11. Wolfenstein 3D 12. Quake III 13. Doom 14. Star Wars: Tie Fighter 15. Half-Life 1 & 2 16. Fallout 3 17. X-COM UFO: Enemy Unknown 18. Ultima VII: The Black Gate 19. Deus Ex (1st one) 20. Drakan: Order of the Flame
That's it for now... :)
I have Battlefield 4 and a ton of other things in my PC but NO time to play them, lol. I shoot photography and travel a lot, so at 41, I have other things to play with besides my own joystick these days! (You know that stuff you guys look at at night when your wives and girlfriends go to sleep? Well, it doesn't shoot itself you know).
