I'ts a big ocean. It's going to take some time to find the wreckage. 370 was most likely blown up or shot down. But, like UAL 553, KAL 007, and TWA 800, we will never know the real story.

AND no radar signature of a missile. As far as we're told anyways. Mean depth in that part of the ocean is nearly 4,000 ft. The black box may be pinging, but as of yet undetected. It's down there. BTW, a stealth aircraft fitted with a 30mm cannon would leave no radar signature and could easily shoot down a triple 7. Perhaps that was the reason for the sudden drop and turn before the plane disappeared? Perhaps the pilot was taking evasive action. Buoyant objects don't take long to surface. Definitely not longer then hours. I bet they found the wreckage but are with holding information. It is a great possibility this was a terror attack on a plane and the media is told to not report certain details.
