Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 1280210 Czechia 03/11/2014 02:46 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The Boeing 777-200ER, at MTOW (Maximum Takeoff Weight), needs a runway that is 7,998 ft long; at MLW (Maximum Landing Weight), needs a runway that is 5,098 ft long. That's only 2500 meters at maximum weight. THis is the only runway anywhere near, and unless the jet changed course big time, it's here. If the flight flew in a straight line for over an hour, why would he change, unless he followed the coast up. Look at a google map. The jet could have landed there in 20-30 minutes after last signal. There is NOTHING beyond except ocean, and anything else was out of fuel range. |

Just googled MH370 and Sultan Iskandar Muda International Airport and apparently we are the only ones smart (or stupid) enough to connect these dots. Refuel and go and it could be anywhere in the eastern hemisphere. |
