This is about the ACA and forcing employers to log hours.
This is a business killer, how will a manager take control of a business if they can't cover a shift of another manager who calls off sick.
Kiss all your bonuses good bye.
This is what happens when law makers who never worked a real job make laws.
Quoting: Chrit Good point, i guess the employer will have to pay. I have been salary for years, i always work over and not because they make me do it because i love my job! Salaried employees have some perks, sometimes you can be a bit late because you stayed late, other times employers will offer comp time. I think it is fine the way it is and the damn Govt needs to butt the fuck out!
