Are Keurig Coffee Brewers A Waste Of Money GLP?

The best thing to do is fiind a coffee you like and buy it in 100 count boxes. You can get some decent stuff between $30 to $45 a box. Brewing coffee under 50 cent per cup isn't too bad when you compare it to brewing a pot and not consuming the whole thing. If you are worried about the plastic containers, some companies use a cloth mesh instead of a plastic cup. They work great, but those coffees are usually more expensive.

If you drink freshly ground 100% arabica coffee for a week or two, then try a "premium" Keurig, you will be disgusted. It doesn't even taste like coffee. Very chemically and bland. No coffee smell and these were fresh "cups." I used to love Keurig for the convenience until I did this little experiment. I stopped drinking it completely. Scary.

Don't use for our morning coffee, but find I love it for special treat coffees or teas, or if we are in a hurry and just want 1 cup.

My friend insisted I try the experiment with real coffee because she could not understand why I was drinking Keurig; she would refuse it whenever she came to visit.

It is the same for any soft drink - regular or diet. Don't drink it for a month or two, then try drinking it. It will gross you out!

I got mine from my sis. Or I wouldn't have tried it.I am very happy with mine. I bought several flavored coffee beans. I can enjoy whatever flavor in a k-cup refill. And I don't leave 2 cups sitting in the pot, to throw out later in the evening. I do agree that it doesn't stay hot long, I warm half n half in the microwave for 30 seconds, and pour in warm. For those worried about BPA's. There are a lot of things that are worse.GMO's Chemtrails Fuckushima.My only wish is to have it served to me in bed. Any takers?

The original K-cups are gross, However using the coffee you love in the refill cups are very good.

Ain't nobody got time for that! Good God, must be great to live in Canada and have all that spare time on your hands. Although that does sound crazy delicious! Dip some maple leaf cookies in it. I need my drinks quicker though.

Takes 10 minutes every two days to roast up a batch ... it's a pleasant experience. Takes a minute to grind up a batch for the coffee pot and about 3 minutes to boil it up. All that's a pleasant experience too. The beans I roast are organic %100 arabica ... can't get any better.

I love it. Convent and nothing to clean up, but more expensive. Even the cheapest ones at Costco are over $0.30 per cup.

The whole concept confuses me. I feel liberal Starbucks types use this contraption, yet look at all the waste! What about the precious environment??? Why is everyone in such a damn hurry? Plus - Who doesn't love the aroma of a pot of fresh brewed coffee?

I have a Keurig and she is wonderful. I get great fucking coffee and the best reach around any man can ask for. Plastics and poisons? o fuck me all you have to do is fucking go outside and take a breath. I love German coffee chick machines.

We use a reusable filter in ours and grind our own beans.

Why do people make such a big deal about coffee and spend such staggering amounts of money?

Keurig is "trendy" and Starbucks is just a vessel for the sheeple.

Get a jar of freeze dried or singles (like tea bags), boil some water, have a cup and be done with it.
