I had a lingering sinus congestion- debilitating for 2 weeks and then another 2-3 weeks to feel back to normal. It kept trying to come back. Take vit. C and D daily. I took oil of oregano and I figured out if I took it daily, it finally kicked it. Tried lots before figuring out what worked. Take care.
