What Would the US Be Like If We Put Murders and Rapists to Death as Soon as They were Convicted?

OHHHH, yeah, it would reduce the number of capitol crimes.

Knowing that a death penalty meant immediate death without appeal would be a big deterrent.

Many of these fucks think of Jail as just another lifestyle. They don't give a shit.

Also, make it public. And sell cold beer and have carnival rides and cotton candy for the kids!

Well, I think that's how we should do it. I think it would decrease the number of attacks on people and it would take out the trash. But it would be a very different society than the one we live in now. The liberals would be beside themselves with angst about the poor murderers we are putting to death, but maybe in such a world, it would be illegal to murder a baby in the womb. That might be a good thing.

We should see rape and murder as capitol offenses. We put down dogs that bite and we should put down people who are willing to harm other people. They shouldn't be locked up and allowed to seethe and the put back on the streets. We also shouldn't be paying for their room and board for 30 + years while they screw with the legal system. It should be dealt with quickly and the thing ended.


I think it should be that way with premeditated murder, like Murder 1 and with Rape, especially pedophilia, but for all rape. What do you think it should be like?

I don't want it to be public. I think it should be done inside the prison like they used to do it. It should be by firing squad. Bullets are still cheap and that would be a decent way to go.

There would end up being huge lawsuits filed when it is found out some were railroaded with the charges and are not guilty.

"Truth serum" Oh please. There is no magical "anything" you can inject into a person to make them tell the truth. That shit is exactly like being very inebriated. It lowers inhibition so you are more likely to tell something, but it depends completely on the subjects will. If they are able to hold their liquor and not blab their mouth, then they wont give up anything on that stuff.

You won't often see me say this, not that it matters to you, but I actually agree with you. Using modern technology, forensics, video footage, etc., we could do so, with scientific certainty & be justified AND covered.

That's how it used to be , public execution so they could see and learn , the next of kin should be given the option of killing the rapist or murder too and they should choose his form of execution , given a list of different ways to kill them .

Of course if this was the case, it would mostly be poor people being executed and the rich would probably still get away with their crap, but would we be able to walk down the street with less worry? Would we have a police state being instituted upon us with cameras everywhere? Would this be a good thing for normal society?

It not for human to decide who shall live and who shall die. Nothing worser than killing an innocent person. The consequence is too great for thy own soul. It is better to control the birth like China one child policies. If China did not,have one child policies in the first place, be sure the population in China will be past 5 billion alone. The UN and Norway should had given China Noble Peace Price for derailing the worse consequence that would had overpopulates Earth by more than 10 billion today.

God's Rules given to man:

1. Be fruitful and multiply.

2. Mankind is supposed to police it's own and that includes Capitol Punishment of those guilty of at least murder, if not rape. It is to be decided by human communities what crimes constitute the death penalty, but God expects us to do this.

In the Kingdom, there will be no crimes like this until the end because satan will not be there to tempt men, but at the end, he will be loosed and men will be tempted to go against Jesus and He will immediately issue the death penalty to those who go against Him.

Thus, I think by not doing it, we are disregarding what God commanded and we are allowing criminals to continue to damage in our midst.

I think the list of Capital Offenses should include:

1. Premeditated Murder.
2. Murder of multiple people.
3. Organized Crime Behavior
4. Gang related behavior
5. Any Pedophilia
6. Rape
7. Kidnapping
8. Capitol Theft Offenses-Including Grand Theft Auto which is like stealing someone's horse.

I understand about nooses being cheaper, but I don't like the thought of strangling to death. I think the gun would be more humane. What do you think?
