Is Florida's Marriage License a human trafficking license???

Title XLVI CRIMES Chapter 796 PROSTITUTION

796.07 Prohibiting prostitution and related acts.—
(1) As used in this section:
(a) “Prostitution” means the giving or receiving of the body for sexual activity for hire but excludes sexual activity between spouses.

(d) “Sexual activity” means oral, anal, or vaginal penetration by, or union with, the sexual organ of another; anal or vaginal penetration of another by any other object; or the handling or fondling of the sexual organ of another for the purpose of masturbation; however, the term does not include acts done for bona fide medical purposes.

“Hire:vb. To employ a person for labor or services. A bailment, where a compensation is to be given for the use of a thing, or for labor or services about it.

“A case might be made for limiting the offense of prostitution to “promiscuous” sexual activity for hire. 25 Requiring promiscuity as well as hire would, for example, bar prosecution of a mistress who is supported by her lover. Such situations fall somewhat outside the target evils of our Section, but the “hire” requirement itself is probably a sufficient safeguard, since the lover’s financial contributions in these relationships are more likely to be interpreted as gifts out of general affection rather than “hire” for sexual activity.” -Model Penal Code Comment pg.175 (12)

Comment: Sugar babies(mistresses) are not hired because there is no pimp to rent them out to Johns. The sexual activity that is mentioned in Florida's statute is a threesome or group sex. “another” means two. So the Florida prostitution statutes can be exempting a husband who rent his wife out for sexual activities to other swinging couples. If the sexual activities between the spouses include a threesome or group sex by paying rent to the other husband for pay, this is exempt from the Florida prostitution statutes. The “sexual activities” defined in this statutes is a threesome or group sex. The “giving or receiving of the body” and “hire” in the statutes communicates the pimp renting out the prostitute to the John.

Un-sovereign State theory

The legal theory that states can only regulate commercial sex in commerce and cannot regulate noncommercial sex was given by a sovereign citizen. The sovereign citizen explained to me that the states lost it's sovereignty after the Civil War. The federal government strip the states of it's sovereignty. He told me that if I look up the word “state” in many state law books, it will define state as a part of the District of Columbia and US territories. Since the states are not sovereign and a extension of the federal government, they can only exercise powers that are expressed for the federal government under the US Constitution. All powers that are expressed in the US constitution are denied to the state government through the constitution, court rulings, and acts of Congress except commerce and regulate their own properties. The state legislators cannot go pass regulating their own properties and commerce.
What are some of their properties? The natural person and artificial person are some of their properties. He explain the artificial person is a fictitious entity like a corporation or a limited liability corporation. He told me to look up “natural person” online. I found that the natural person is a human being. He said that if I look up “person” in the 1 USC 8, it defines the “person” , “human being”, and “individual” as every infant of the Homo Sapiens species. So the states only have power to regulate commerce over their properties which are legal fictions created by them and the infant adopted by them.

To secure the prostitution charges, the person must admit to false facts of human trafficking inorder for the prostitution charges to stick. The unsovereign state doesn't have jurisdiction to regulate service without a product. The product in commerce is the human trafficking victim.

By not rebutting the human trafficking, the defendant admitted to engage in human trafficking.


Marriage License for Human Trafficking Theory

The un-sovereign state cannot regulate non-commerce marriage. This is beyond their scope of authority. They can only regulate human trafficking marriage. The marriage license is to make sure there is consent by the wife to be a human trafficking product. The marriage license gives the husband the power to buy and sell wives between swinging couples for the purpose of sexual gratification. Not all human trafficking is evil. Un-consented human trafficking is the evil human trafficking.

Florida has two pimping laws

Title XLVI CRIMES Chapter 796 PROSTITUTION
796.05 Deriving support from the proceeds of prostitution.—
(1) It shall be unlawful for any person with reasonable belief or knowing another person is engaged in prostitution to live or derive support or maintenance in whole or in part from what is believed to be the earnings or proceeds of such person’s prostitution.
(2) Anyone violating this section commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided

Florida statutes have a minor and a major pimping statutes. The major pimping involves a pimp who employes two prostitute to rent out. The “another” means two. Major pimping is not licensed and prohibited under Florida's law. It is a felony.

Florida's prostitution laws is to regulate minor pimping. In minor pimping, the pimp only pimp one person. This law prohibits minor pimping without a marriage license. Once the woman and man are married to each other, then the marriage license give the authority for the husband to traffic his wife in commerce.
