Obama is not doing anything new.Once Bush figured out
the president could do what he liked under a declared state of emergency
every president from now on will probably declare or continue one.
Our government doesn't have faith in our ability to handle crisis.
They feel the need to handle it for us and not include us in said process.
Don't blindly blame one man.That's to simple and does nothing.
