Reading the article now, apparently the neighbors complained about the 'messy' yard.

I call because my neighbor lets their grass get too high and they do nothing...I shoulda called swat

Heaven forbid the owners might be little messy in appearance. Organic means they aren't using chemicals which might lead to some weeds and offend neighbors resulting in lower property values. People are becoming (and are) such snobs!

Selling unpasteurized milk is truly criminal considering the murderers, kidnappers and drug dealers out there. Which criminal would you rather have in your neighborhood?

I wouldn't compare them to murderers and drug dealers, but unless you have sealed containers and a cooler full of ice to transport raw milk, I would only consume it on the premises directly from cow to glass, otherwise unpasteurized milk can make people sick.

From the comments it sounds like that area has been developing with more upscale housing. This is the result of rich people wanting to clear away the riff-raff from their little personal paradise.

I would rather have hippies in my neighborhood than meth heads. I would also lay odds on the fact that the "hippies" have been there for a long time and the snobs came later.

ALL cows milk can make people sick. the idea is to make cheese out of it to produce beneficial bacteria, and you can't make cheese out of pasteurized milk because those enzymes et al are destroyed through the heat of pasteurizing.
