I got a ticket when I was 12 for riding by motorcycle across a street to get to our property where I would ride the trails...when I went to court the judge tore it up and told the cop you can't write a 12 year old kid a moving violation when he can't even hold a driver's license. I was told I had to push my motorcycle across the street from then on instead of riding it to the property...yeah right
