Holy Hella Storm! I've never seen anything like this before!

This is probably killing people on islands.

Something seems to be stirring in the western Pacific — a quickening that may herald the birth of El Niño.

Should it actually happen, weather conditions in many places around the globe could be affected starting in the fall, including the possibility of wetter conditions for drought-plagued California, as well as a warmer globe overall.

I put together the video above to help show in visual terms what’s going on — and why the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration on Friday issued an El Niño watch, saying there is a 50 percent chance that one will develop this summer or fall.

I was just looking at the wind animation maps and because I don't look at them all the time I couldn't tell if what looked strange to me really was strange or not. The clip was a nice confirmation.

7 day forecast for my neck of the woods here in Cali is sunny, dry, and in the 70's all week. Not happy bout that, we need some freaking measurable moisture.

I am in the philippines to the far left of the big ribbon ..looks like we are about to find out before long...hope i never see another 200mph storm again here like the last one..

On Google Earth that is white, and itis still there, which is strange, but seems to be more verticle w/the north (top) end reaching north and East.

I donot think the wind current goes that way, so maybe HAARP is pushing it for some reason, such as wants it in a special place that needs rain etc.

An F4 hit a mobile home a little over a mile from me and the woman and trailer were thrown across the road into a field. If she had gotten in her car and buckled up, shewould have survived. It was upside down, but she would have been just fine.

thats crazy. It goes all the way across the pacific, then through Russia, where it is nearly purple in intensity, across europe, through spain, and into the atlantic. The damn system nearly circles the globe.
