If MH370 went down off Vietnam
If when the transponder went off then the plane fell - how long would that take? Went off radar 14 minutes later was it? Vietnam reported at the time seeing it go off radar like it had dropped into the sea. Oil rig worker sees flames in sky for 10-15 seconds.

Just suppose this is all true - then explain what we are being told now.

That would explain the last ping coming from there - it is bang in the middle of those two corridors which the satellite got the last ping from.

If this is or was true, then essentially we have the prevention of the airliner from reaching Chinese air space for one reason or another.

We already know that a Hong Kong pilot said he spotted a lot of debris on his way to Kuala Lumpur - and we also know there were two big oil slicks.

[link to english.cntv.cn]

At first we questioned the oil slicks and we were told they were not made by aviation fuel. Who checked? Who oversaw the checking?

We have not been told what caused the oil slicks - why would there be so much oil like that going for up to 20kms long?

The more details we have then the more we can understand all this strangeness.

OK could that have to do with the tech passengers and their patent issues not getting to China or Russia?

If they killed all the patent holders then the EMP chip technology is solely owned by the corporation.

Then this would mean that another plane without a transponder in operation flew over Malaysian airspace - maybe it was showing off - like: "have that". This plane was never identified as MH370 - merely as a plane which was picked up by military primary radar at Penang.

And it was because of this that the search was diverted to the Malacca Straits.

No - I do not believe so - because under these circumstances there is no way that Semiconductor or Blackstone can accept the patents; they will go to family.

Also I am unclear on this point: we have been told the patent holders were on the plane - but we have also been told their names do not appear on the passenger list.

I wonder if we are allowed to be told when each of the passengers booked their flights. I would very much like to know when the two Russians booked their seats on this flight.

We have no info on them at all and they appear to me as expendables.

Some news people are picking up on something where the Russians are supposed to be questioning the cargo on MH370 saying that it was perhaps some form of biological type cargo (?) and that they informed China and also had this flight under surveillance. I don't know if Russia has confirmed this story or if the ship the shipment came from has confirmed it was carrying stuff for Trident:

[link to greatgameindia.wordpress.com]

But apparently the two Navy Seals watching over the cargo died from respiratory failure and this is now suspected as being a heroin overdose.

Also interesting is that this is the ship that was kidnapped before and hijacked by Somalian pirates. Coincidence?

This could suggest that the Russians - along with a lot of the rest of us - have been duped by red herring type information into believing the hijack story and that the plane flew on - while also suggesting that the oil slicks were made by a ship making contact with the debris/ cargo.

I read it had fruit not biological cargo....

Planes will be searching for any signs of the kind of debris that might float to the surface in a crash. Ahmad, the Malaysia Airlines CEO, said the plane had no unusual cargo, though he said it was carrying several tons of mangosteens, a purple tropical fruit.

If the Russians picked up a plane going from the Indian Ocean to Diego Garcia - it may well have been the attack plane.

All of that over some mangosteens? Really?

No wreckage found...

Satellite ping data from engines suggests its on land...

Contradicting reports from Malaysia has sent searchers on a wild goose chase...

Pilots hyjacked plane.... landed plane...

It didnt crash... it didnt get shot down...

it was stolen... it was landed... but for what evil purpose?

I agree with Dr. A.

Plane didn't crash.

It landed.

We may never know what happened for a while.

I don't think the passengers are alive.

I do think this is politically loaded.

I think there was a political/financial reason this plane has been "disappeared."

shallow ocean means it may have been easy to retrieve the wreckage - by whatever left the oil slicks maybe - black box hidden satellite ping data confirms location of satellite pinger thing... ?

So you don;t agree with what has been insinuated that has been insinuated by the Ruskies - that biological weapons were in the cargo?

Not the black box signal...

The engines and on board flight systems (had been) pinging satellites giving the general location along a certain area...

highly suggesting the plane is on land...

As far as ruskies and cargo...

i dont know... i havent seen enough damning evidence to suggest why the plane was stole.

But from all the data on the table...

that plane did not disappear like they said it did... and it didnt crash... it was hyjacked/stolen and its landed somewhere...

I don't think you understand what I am saying - I am suggesting that the black box has been retrieved already and that parts of the wreckage or cargo have also been retrieved - to hide a shoot down incident; the plane that shot it down then flew on over Malaysia and then northwest - causing people to letter speculate as to whether or not this might have been MH370 and thus altered the search area further - even if by then there was no need because what was needed to be retrieved by the perpetrating party of the shoot down was already done in the night immediately after the shoot down.

I am simply trying to apply the facts we know to a scenario:

Vietnamese radar reported the plane went down - wreckage was seen; oil slicks were seen; what were the oil slicks? the pinging could be coming from removed wreckage?? I am just questioning - and yes - we have no confirmation of what the whispers may be around the kremlin - well we do but they are not publically confirmed - perhaps leaked deliberately - and if so then the Russians believe the plane there was dodgy cargo which they warned the chinese about - they felt the plane had some contact with a ship and then departed; i.e it went down - then came back up again - they may believe this because of the malaysians reporting a flyover - which they have mistaken for MH370.

Is it possible that if the plane went down off Vietnam - it could have implications for claims to the ocean territories which are disputed?

[link to www.bbc.co.uk]

[link to www.bbc.co.uk]

So there is a dispute between Vietnam and China over ocean drilling for oil - over sea routes and over the Paracels and Spratley Island groups - the Spratleys lost all mobile communications at the time when MH370 disappeared.

Attacking communications and attacking transportation lines are both acts of war - as would be the shooting down of a plane over the disputed territory - Vietnam radar did report seeing a plane go down - and another pilot witnessed significant debris on the day the plane went missing - which was said not to be there upon checking - plus what the oil rig worker saw - plus the oil being worth a lot of money - plus one of those articles says this could all affect the global economy.

Seems like maybe a reason for the plane to be attacked?????

I do.

On Jan 1st of this year China made some new riles which the US responded to by saying that China was being provocative.

QUOTE: The US has described new Chinese rules on fishing access to disputed areas of the South China Sea as "provocative and potentially dangerous".

Regulations approved by Hainan province requiring foreign fishing vessels to ask for permission to enter its waters took effect on 1 January.

China claims a U-shaped swathe of the South China Sea, which it puts under the authority of Hainan province.

This swathe overlaps areas also claimed by several South East Asian nations.

The move comes with tensions already high over China's recent establishment of an Air Defence Identification Zone (ADIZ) that covers East China Sea islands claimed and controlled by Japan, and a rock claimed by South Korea.

It also comes as China takes an increasingly assertive stance on its territorial claims across Asia.

"The passing of these restrictions on other countries' fishing activities in disputed portions of the South China Sea is a provocative and potentially dangerous act," state department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said in a regular briefing.

The patent holders were not on the plane so would China have been willing to shoot down some of their citizens to create a dispute? Over the ocean territory and the air space? Or would someone else????

Also - I remember some other people speculating that the plane shoot down was an excuse to create a military naval build up in that area of ocean.
