Not really, no. The Crimea situation was the lead 10 minutes on the BBC news this evening, and Flight 370 got a couple of minutes as the third story and they basically just said 'yep, still missing but now China are searching the mainland!!'. As days go past with no new info the 370 story will gradually drop off the map.
