Yes, I have accepted that he is a liar and an unreliable source. Or his contacts were the liars and fed him false info. I think his contacts purposefully told him of events occurring 3-4 months earlier than when they're supposed to happen, so if Tolec says his contacts told him January 2014, it could actually be mid-April 2014 to early May 2014.

His contacts lied for some reasons. Reasons which we may know soon, considering the "signs" are getting more numerous all over the world recently, with the huge numbers of banker deaths part of those "signs".
