Because ALL judges are arrogant pricks ( especially the female judges ).

If they had ANY integrity ( like ME ) , they would say, " citizens, there is no need to stand, I am here as your public servant".

The dead rise to be "judged" by their ruler. It is a form of consent to be ruled. The captain of the ship has taken the helm of his ship and you are giving him control over your vessel on the high seas.

There are many levels, none of them are what the majority think they are.

It has to do with military tribunal. I haven't looked into the "sovereignty movement" as much as I wish I had, but I do know there's ceremonial procedures that resembles admiralty law. Am I close?

You are close.

Since the courts are ruled by maritime admiralty law, the law of the sea, when the judge enter the room, the tide is rising.

As a body, you are floating because the room is being metaphorically filled with the water (the law which is practiced).

That is why the bailiff says "all rise". Also, the word bailiff is interesting in itself a he is the one who controls the level of the water aka bailing the water.

In addition to the admiralty issues discussed earlier, you are essentially allowing the judge to establish admiralty jurisdiction and relinquishing your common law/constitutional rights. Why do you think people's claims of constitutional violations are brushed aside?

Close? I walk on water in their courts, literally. I have shut them down on every level up to and including their "high" federal courts and told their judges and their clerks what will and will not happen to me.

I do not know who you are or what you know, but to tell me I am "close" shows me you have yet to overstand their game and it's real meaning.

Only the dead are judged in their courts, I AM is not dead.

Re: Why do you have to stand when the judge enters the court?
The so called judge wears a black robe because he is acting as a priesthood holder over the dead CORPSES.

The so called judge is ruling from pure consent of the governed who have agreed to be subject to him, nothing more, nothing less.

The court does NOT only operate in maritime law nor jurisdiction, the judge, once you have consented to his RULE can legally operate in any jusridiction, because you have allowed it.

Simply put, if you engage in ANY conversation or dialog with the judge you are sunk, literally. The judge cannot even hear a living man or woman because he only can hear the dead.

IfI you respond in any way to a Judge or talk to them in their courts (after you have been forced there by threats of violence) you are done.

A living man or woman can only make a record of the crimes, identify the criminals and then force them to leave you alone.

I know because I have done it and still walk free of them to this day.
